星巴克验厂最重要的验厂要求

1. Payment of Wages: 

工资支付
Minimum wage: All employees (including piece-rate, trainees and temporary workers) are paid at least the legal hourly minimum wage. 
最低工资:所有员工(包括计件工,实习生和临时工)应支付最少要相当于法定最低的小时工资。
Timeliness of payments: Workers must receive monetary payment within 45 days of the labor service provided.
及时支付工资:工人必须在提供劳动服务周期的45天内收到货币形式的报酬。
Documentation: Adequate documentation is available to verify that minimum wages are being paid to all workers.

保留文件:保留适当的文件资料以证明所有工人都至少被支付了最低工资。

2. Physical/Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment: Suppliers must not use or permit corporal punishment or any other form of physical or psychological coercion including verbal abuse and sexual harassment.

身体或性虐待和性骚扰:供应商不得允许或使用任何形式的身体或者精神上的的惩罚措施,包括言语辱骂和性骚扰。

3. Denied Access: Suppliers must allow announced and unannounced inspections of their records and all areas of the facilities by Starbucks or a Starbucks approved third party to verify compliance to the Standards, including confidential employee interviews.。

拒绝评估:供应商必须允许星巴克或星巴克批准的第三方在通知和不通知的情况下,审核工厂的资料以及所有厂区范围,包括对员工的私密访谈。

4. Environmental Impacts: The supplier / facility does not create significant Environmental issues causing direct and immediate environmental endangerment (i.e. toxic waste disposal)

环境影响:供应商/工厂不会对周边环境引起重大的污染问题以至于造成直接和立即的环境破坏。(如有毒废弃物的排放) 

5. Life Safety: The supplier / facility does not create significant health and safety issues causing direct and immediate employee endangerment (i.e.: no secondary exits, no emergency alarm system, blocked primary aisles, blocked exits, locked exits without easy emergency access, hazardous electrical wiring, unsafe structural engineering, no protective equipment for workers and machinery at all, etc…) 

生命安全:供应商/工厂不存在直接和立即造成员工危害的重大健康与安全问题。(如无第二出口,无紧急  报警系统,主通道受阻,紧急出口被阻,出口被锁且不能逃生,有危险的电源线,不安全操作结构,员工及机器无任何保护装置等)
